I always used to laugh when my girl friends told me they fucked this salesman or that salesman to get something discounted or even free. Until it was my turn to make a hug decision with regards to my financial future, I had never given this behavior to be of any real value.

I was absolutely frank with him about working out another way to structure this deal. I was pretty certain he knew a loophole or two to save me money on the deposit.

I explained how much I wanted to buy this property and quite literally begged him to come up with some more creative financing options. He obviously wanted the deal and being the opportunist that some estate agents are, asked be to give him 10 minutes to make a few calls.

He was fat and he was fifty if he was a day, but he was also a man and he wanted to fuck. I wanted the condo badly enough to do the deal, so I did, right there on the floor of the sunny living room of the condo I wanted so badly.

When I think about what some of us girls will do to get what we want it makes me shudder. But I seduced him, fucked his brains out right here and then and earned my big fat discount on the deposit.

Sure as his word, by the following Monday all the paperwork was ready to be signed and the bank had arrange to incorporate my deposit into the mortgage loan.

It is a sad fact of life, but once was not enough for this estate agent, fortunately I felt kindly enough towards him for pushing this deal through. I was actually so grateful that I justified a couple more sympathy fucks wouldn’t be so bad, and they weren’t.

All’s well that ends well, I got my condo, it got a brand new kitchen and bathroom and my estate agent got his commission plus a few sweeteners. What I like to call a win-win situation and the girls got a good few laughs when the skeptic had her tale to tell at the next big girls’ night in – right in the lounge where I sucked his cock.
